Working principle

 

1. Airflow Driven System: A built-in blower generates high-pressure airflow, utilizing the Venturi effect to draw the dye liquor from the storage tank and atomize it.

2. Atomizing Spray: The airflow and dye liquor mix at the nozzle, forming a mist that is evenly sprayed onto the fabric surface.

3. Fabric Circulation: The fabric continuously circulates within the dyeing vat under the propulsion of the airflow, eliminating the need for extensive dye liquor soaking.

4. High-Temperature Treatment: The operating temperature can reach 130-150°C, suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing processes.

Liquor ratio can be as low as 1:1.5-2 for polyester fabrics and 1:3.5-4 for cotton fabrics.

High production efficiency

Fast fabric running speed shortens dyeing process time. Rapid heating, feeding, and washing systems compensate for fluctuations in factory water and steam pressure.
