Working Principle

 

The HT jet dyeing machine operates based on the Venturi effect: the dye liquor is pressurized by a circulation pump and ejected from a nozzle at high speed (500–1,400 m/min), creating a powerful flow that propels the rope-form fabric through the transport tube at high speed (200–800 m/min). After exiting the transport tube, the fabric enters the storage chamber and accumulates in a relaxed state before being fed back into the jet system, establishing a continuous cycle.

The dye liquor circulates every 30–60 seconds with precise temperature control via a heat exchanger, while the fabric completes a full cycle every 1–2 minutes, ensuring uniform dyeing and preventing crease formation caused by prolonged stationary periods.
