High Speed & Low Liquor Ratio HT Overflow Dyeing Machine for Premium Knitted Fabric Dyeing
Upgrade your textile dyeing production with our professional low liquid ratio, high speed and high efficiency dyeing system, specially engineered for knitted fabric processing. Designed to solve common textile dyeing pain points such as fabric pilling, high water consumption and slow operation speed, our ht overflow dyeing machine for knitted fabric delivers stable, high-quality dyeing results for all types of knitted fabrics.
The core advantage of this knitted fabric dyeing machine lies in its unique floating fabric running design. During the entire dyeing process, fabrics float freely inside the fully liquid-filled fabric guide tube without any contact or friction with the inner tube wall. Supported by advanced fluid power technology, the fabric running speed reaches 300-500m/min, which effectively eliminates fabric fuzzing and pilling issues, greatly improving the surface smoothness and finished quality of knitted textiles.
To further reduce fabric abrasion and ensure ultra-smooth operation, we adopt a customized wave-type inner net structure for the equipment. This innovative structural design minimizes fabric friction during high-speed circulation, avoids textile damage and color unevenness, and extends fabric service life. More importantly, the optimized internal flow system drastically cuts down water consumption, realizing an ultra-low liquor ratio of 1:6 to 1:8. The liquor ratio can be flexibly adjusted according to specific fabric types and actual production process requirements, perfectly balancing excellent dyeing performance and low operational cost.
Integrating high-speed operation, low water consumption and zero-friction dyeing, our high-efficiency HT overflow dyeing system is an ideal choice for modern textile factories to upgrade dyeing equipment, improve product competitiveness and achieve refined production.

Working Principle
The HT (High-Temperature) overflow dyeing machine for knitted fabrics is a specialized type of rope-form dyeing machine. During operation, a centrifugal pump draws the dye liquor from the bottom of the perforated plate at the front of the dye vat; after being heated by a heat exchanger, the liquor enters the overflow tank at the top. The overflow tank contains two or more parallel overflow pipe inlets. Once the overflow tank fills, the liquid level difference between the main vat and the overflow tank causes the liquor to spill into the overflow pipes, carrying the fabric along into the main vat and establishing a continuous circulation loop.
Driven by the fabric lifting roller, the fabric circulates through the machine; it gains propulsive force when passing through the high-pressure nozzle, while the overflow action creates the necessary flow environment within the vat. The jet pressure (approximately 0.5–1.5 bar) facilitates rapid dye penetration into the fibers, while the overflow mechanism ensures the fabric moves under low tension.
Feature
If you are looking for a high-efficiency, energy-saving and ht overflow dyeing machine for knitted fabric for high-end knitted fabrics, our upgraded upward-travel overflow dyeing system is your best choice. Featuring an external cloth guide tube structure, this professional textile dyeing equipment supports full-spectrum knitted fabric processing, covering fabric weights ranging from 50g/m lightweight materials to 600g/m heavy-duty knitted fabrics. It perfectly adapts to various high-end knitted fabric dyeing scenarios with strong compatibility and stable performance.
Boasting an advanced ultra-low liquid ratio design of 1:6 to 1:8, this energy-efficient dyeing machine outperforms conventional dyeing equipment in resource utilization. The customized sloped bath tank meets high-standard high-volume process requirements, while the exclusive N-type forward cloth delivery technology avoids rope curling and crease defects completely. With low-tension high-speed operation, the equipment delivers more uniform dyeing effects, effectively improving finished fabric quality and reducing defective rates.
This industrial-grade dyeing machine comes with ultra-large production capacity while maintaining low spray pressure and high-efficiency liquid circulation. During operation, fabrics move forward in a fully relaxed stacked condition without excessive tension and friction. This superior running state avoids common textile problems such as linting, yarn breakage and surface scratching, ensuring premium flawless finishing for all knitted fabric products.
Significantly reduce your factory operating costs with our low-energy-consumption dyeing solution. Optimized for full resource saving, the machine cuts water, electricity, steam and auxiliary agent consumption by nearly 30% compared with traditional models. In addition to substantial energy cost savings, the equipment boosts production capacity by around 30%, greatly improving workshop output and production efficiency for large-batch textile processing.
Backed by multiple independent innovative patented technologies including upgraded cloth tank structure and composite cloth guide system, the machine adds a practical tail gasification fabric finishing function. The unique dual-strip rapid circulation design solves the difficulty of slow circulation of light and thin fabrics, realizing fast, stable and high-efficiency dyeing production. It is a highly competitive upgraded dyeing equipment for modern textile factories pursuing high quality, high efficiency and low consumption.
Operational Precautions
Heating Control
The 80–130°C range is critical for the exhaustion of disperse dyes; the heating rate should not be excessive. A stepped heating and holding process is typically employed, ensuring the temperature change per fabric revolution does not exceed 1–1.5°C.
Cooling Requirements
Rapid cooling by injecting cold water directly into the machine at high temperatures is strictly prohibited to prevent the formation of crease marks and "chicken-claw" marks.
Color Matching
After dyeing, cool the bath to 85°C before venting steam; take samples for color matching at 70–80°C to ensure safety.
