For mills pushing volume, this Automatic Fabric Loading Overflow Machine automates fabric in and out and runs at 500-700 m/min across 300-2000 kg chambers. A gentle-slope tank blends the low liquor ratio of an O-type with the wide fabric range of an L-type, so you get both economy and versatility.
Working Principle
Rope fabric is pulled forward by a high-speed liquor jet through a venturi nozzle, while the overflow port lets dye penetrate gently for fast, even contact. An inverter-driven cloth wheel feeds cloth automatically, the HG900B computer with Mitsubishi PLC runs the process, and a steam-liquid separator expanding device removes cyclic creases.
