Instead of dragging cloth against a wall, this Low Tension Overflow Dyeing System Machine lets fabric float inside liquid-filled ducts - so there is almost no friction, tension or lint. The result is a clean, high-surface-finish dyeing at 150-600 m/min, ideal for mid-to-large batches.
Working Principle
Rope-form fabric is drawn into the filled ducts and carried along by the liquor flow, touching the wall hardly at all. Dye circulates through an external heat exchanger for tight temperature control, simulated level sensing and automatic valves hold the bath ratio, and a wave-shaped inner mesh keeps the cloth running smoothly while cutting wear and water use.
