Different from traditional dyeing machines that cause severe fabric friction and surface damage, this optimized dyeing solution keeps fabrics fully floating inside the liquid-filled fabric guide tube throughout the entire processing procedure. There is no direct contact or friction between the textile material and the inner tube wall, effectively protecting fabric texture and greatly eliminating common fuzzing defects.

Equipped with premium-grade internal circulation technology, the system supports an ultra-high fabric running speed ranging from 500m/min to 700m/min, drastically improving overall dyeing efficiency and batch output. To further enhance processing stability, we adopt a unique wave-style inner mesh structure inside the equipment. This specialized structural design minimizes fabric friction resistance, enables ultra-smooth fabric circulation, and effectively lowers overall water consumption during operation.
