Structural Components

 

The core principle of the high temperature overflow dyeing machine for woven fabric is to utilize a circulating pump to spray dye liquor at high speed through nozzles, creating an overflow effect that continuously circulates the fabric within the dye bath. Guided by guide rollers, the fabric enters the nozzles, ensuring full contact with the high-pressure dye liquor, allowing dye molecules to penetrate evenly into the fibers.

 

Workflow:

Pretreatment → Removal of impurities (sizing agents, grease, etc.) from the fabric

Dyeing → Immersion of the fabric in the dye bath, with the dye liquor circulating and penetrating

Washing → Multi-stage temperature-controlled rinsing to remove excess dye

Finishing → Softening, anti-static treatments, etc.
