2. Overflow Port/Nozzle: A key component that adjusts the dye liquor flow rate and velocity to accommodate fabrics of different weights and weaves. Modern models often use adjustable nozzles or gas-liquid mixing nozzles.
3. Heat Exchanger: Used to heat the dye liquor and precisely control the heating/cooling rate to ensure process reproducibility.
4. High-Power Circulation Pump: Provides the power for dye liquor circulation; its flow rate and head directly affect dyeing speed and uniformity.
5. Fabric Lifting Roller: Assists in lifting the fabric from the tail of the dyeing tank into the overflow tank, reducing fabric buildup.
6. Filtration System: Filters lint and impurities to prevent clogging and contamination.

3. Broad Compatibility with Dyeing Fabrics
It supports two nozzle options: the overflow nozzle operates at 0.5~1.0KG/cm², ideal for elastic fabrics and those requiring low-pressure, low-tension dyeing; the jet nozzle can reach a maximum pressure of 3KG/cm², suitable for dyeing high-density and ultra-fine fiber fabrics. Both nozzles are fitted with a dual anti-rotation mechanism.
