Working Principle

The core structure of the Eco Friendly Overflow Dyeing Machine for woven fabric includes a dye bath, a circulation pump, nozzles, a heat exchanger, and a control system. During the dyeing process, the dye liquor is drawn from the bottom of the dye bath by a centrifugal pump, heated by the heat exchanger, and then enters the overflow tank. When the overflow tank is full, the dye liquor overflows into the overflow pipe using the liquid level difference, simultaneously carrying the fabric into the dye bath, forming a reciprocating cycle.

The fabric remains relaxed throughout the process, effectively eliminating dyeing defects caused by wrinkles, and experiencing minimal tension. The dyed fabric is soft to the touch and has a uniform color.
