Working Principle
1. Airflow Drive: A built-in variable frequency fan generates high-pressure airflow, which is delivered to the nozzles through a circulation pipeline.
2. Dye Liquor Atomization: The main circulation pump delivers the dye liquor to the nozzles, where it mixes with the high-speed airflow to form atomized dye liquor.
3. Fabric Transfer: The atomized dye liquor is sprayed onto the fabric surface, where it moves rapidly under low tension under the support of the airflow.
4. Circulating Dyeing: The fabric returns to the storage tank via the lifting roller and guide tube, completing a continuous cycle until the dyeing process is finished.
