Working Principle
The fabric is placed in a rope-like form inside the dyeing vat. A variable-frequency driven lifting roller and a high-efficiency centrifugal pump propel the dye liquor at high speed through nozzles onto the fabric. The dye liquor and fabric generate strong turbulence at the Venturi nozzles, achieving uniform penetration. During the active operation phase, the fabric absorbs fresh dye liquor through the nozzles; during the passive stacking phase, it slowly circulates back to the feed end, forming a continuous dyeing cycle.

Faster fabric circulation speed and higher dye liquor circulation frequency greatly improve dyeing reaction efficiency, realizing fast loading, rapid dyeing and flexible bidirectional unloading.
