This version pairs floating-duct transport with disciplined rope control: the fabric rope rides inside liquid-filled ducts at a controlled 150-600 m/min, staying stable and lint-free for a smooth, even finish on mid-to-large batches.
Working Principle
Rope fabric is drawn into the filled ducts and floats forward on the liquor flow with almost no wall contact. An external heat exchanger holds temperature; simulated level sensing and automatic valves keep the ratio; the wave inner mesh smooths running and cuts water use.
