High-Efficiency, High-Speed Dyeing System Featuring Ultra-Low Liquor Ratio

Inside the liquid-circulating fabric guide tube, the fabric stays in a suspended state with zero contact friction against the inner wall. Operating at a speed of 300–500m/min, this hthp soft flow dyeing machine significantly alleviates the problem of fabric fuzzing. Equipped with a specialized wave-shaped inner net structure, it not only reduces fabric abrasion for more stable running but also curtails water usage. The liquor ratio can be set as low as 1:6 to 8, a parameter that can be tailored according to the fabric variety and process specifications.

Working Principle

1. Fabric Loading: The fabric is loaded into the storage tank through the inlet.

2. Operation and Dyeing: The door is closed, and the program is set. The equipment automatically adds water and auxiliaries, and circulates the dye. The temperature is raised to the predetermined high temperature (typically up to 140°C) for dyeing.

3. Post-treatment: After dyeing, post-treatment steps such as washing and soaping are performed, all automatically within the machine.

4. Sampling and Fabric Output: Samples can be taken during the process for color matching. After confirmation, the machine is cooled, drained, and automatically output.
