Working Principle

The Rapid HT textile dyeing machine employs high-temperature, high-pressure dyeing technology. By heating the dye bath to 130-140°C and operating under pressure, the polyester fibers expand, allowing disperse dye molecules to penetrate into the dense fiber structure, thereby achieving vibrant colors and excellent colorfastness.

The main pump's low suction port allows self-cooling and lubrication, reducing cooling water consumption. The vertical heat exchanger instantly discharges condensed water from the dye liquor, shortening hot-cold conversion cycles and preventing scale buildup.
