Low Liquor Ratio, High-Speed & High-Efficiency Dyeing System

Fabrics inside the liquid-filled guide tube stay in a suspended state, eliminating friction against the tube's inner wall. With a running speed ranging from 500 to 700 meters per minute, the high temperature high pressure textile dyeing machine effectively minimizes fabric pilling. Its unique wave-patterned inner mesh structure further lowers fabric friction, ensuring smoother operation while cutting down water consumption significantly. The liquor ratio can be reduced to as low as 1:5–6, and the specific ratio is adjustable based on fabric type and process parameters.

1. Structural Characteristics

This high temperature high pressure textile dyeing machine adopts a downward-running configuration with a one-tub-one-fabric setup, featuring two tubs in total and compatibility with diverse fabric types.

2. Extra-Large Capacity & High Productivity

Each tub boasts a large diameter of Φ830 mm, which expands fabric loading capacity substantially, boosts production efficiency remarkably, and ensures a rapid return on investment.

3. Low Liquor Ratio (1:5~1:6) for Energy Conservation & Emission Reduction

Equipped with a new-type corrugated plate downward-running structure and a dedicated fabric storage tank, the equipment achieves a low liquor ratio of 1:5 to 1:6. This design significantly cuts down consumption of water, steam, and chemical additives.

4. Special Inner Mesh Plate & Tapered Tail Mesh

The optimized arrangement of mesh holes inside the cylinder effectively separates fabric from dye liquor, contributing to the low liquor ratio. The specially designed tapered tail inner mesh ensures smooth fabric folding and enables fast, balanced circulation of materials.

5. Wide Fabric Compatibility

Overflow Nozzles: Operating at a pressure range of 0.5–1.0 KG/cm², they are ideal for dyeing stretch fabrics and textiles requiring low-spray-pressure, low-tension processing.

Jet Nozzles: With a maximum pressure up to 3 KG/cm² and integrated double anti-rotation devices, they are suited for dyeing high-density and ultra-fine fiber fabrics.

6. High Efficiency & Superior Quality

The dual-cylinder design shortens fabric circulation time within the dyeing tank and increases dye liquor circulation frequency. It enables rapid fabric feeding, fast dyeing processes, and efficient bidirectional fabric discharge, thus enhancing production efficiency while ensuring consistent, high-quality dyeing results.

1. Daily Inspection: Check the operating status of seals, valves, and pump body.

2. Regular Cleaning: Clean the filter after each batch to prevent clogging.

3. Water Quality Management: Control the hardness of the incoming water to prevent scaling that could affect thermal efficiency.

4. Lubrication and Maintenance: Regularly lubricate the circulating pump bearings.

5. Safety Valve Calibration: Inspect the pressure safety valve annually to ensure reliability.
