This Eco Friendly textile Dyeing Machine consists of three interconnected storage tanks, each crafted from functional fabrics and serving distinct purposes. The design ingeniously integrates the merits of the O-shaped dyeing tank-characterized by a low liquor ratio-and the L-shaped dyeing tank, which accommodates a broad spectrum of fabrics. Meanwhile, it effectively overcomes the drawbacks of the O-shaped tank's limited fabric compatibility and the high water consumption associated with traditional L-shaped dyeing tanks.

This Eco Friendly textile Dyeing Machine adopts a downward-moving structure, configured with a single-cylinder dual-cloth and slide-type design.

2. Super Large Capacity & High Productivity

Boasting a single cylinder with a large diameter of Φ1108 and integrated dual cloth storage tanks, it is equipped with a dual-nozzle setup. This design significantly boosts cloth holding capacity and production output, enabling enterprises to achieve rapid investment returns.

3. Low Liquor Ratio (1:5~1:6) for Energy Conservation & Emission Reduction

Featuring an innovative corrugated plate downward-moving structure and dedicated cloth storage tank design, the equipment maintains a low liquor ratio of 1:5 to 1:6. This effectively cuts down the consumption of water, steam, and chemical auxiliaries.

4. Broad Fabric Compatibility for Dyeing Applications

Overflow nozzles: With a pressure range of 0.5–1.0KG/cm², they are ideal for dyeing stretch fabrics and other materials that demand low spray pressure and low-tension dyeing processes.

Jet nozzles: Capable of reaching a maximum pressure of 3KG/cm², these nozzles (fitted with dual anti-rotation devices) are suitable for dyeing high-density fabrics and ultra-fine fiber textiles.

The single-cylinder dual-dyeing tank configuration shortens the fabric circulation time inside the tank and increases the dye liquor circulation rate.
