Linear rapid temperature control technology effectively reduces uneven coloring. Lint is automatically collected and accumulated, and broken fibers are discharged automatically to guarantee the nozzle does not lose spray pressure.
Energy Saving and Environmental Protection
The main pump has a lower suction port, realizing self-cooling and lubrication to save cooling water. A vertical heat exchanger instantly expels condensed water from the dye liquor, shortening cold-hot conversion time and preventing scale formation.
