The fabric is in a buoyant state within the liquid-filled fabric guide tube, ensuring no friction with the inner wall. Operating at speeds of 300-500 meters per minute, it effectively reduces fuzzing. The special "wave"-type inner net structure decreases the friction on the fabric, allowing for smoother running and less water consumption. The liquor ratio, which can be as low as 1:6~8, is chosen according to the fabric type and process demands.
How It Works
The hthp fabric dyeing machine operates within a sealed, pressure-resistant chamber, utilizing high temperatures and pressure to optimize dye penetration. High temperatures soften the molecular structure of fibers (especially synthetic fibers like polyester), allowing dye molecules to diffuse into their crystalline areas. The applied pressure prevents water from boiling above 100°C, maintaining a stable dye bath and ensuring uniform heat transfer and dye distribution. The fabric is circulated through the dye bath via a mechanism such as jets, overflows, or liquid flow, ensuring continuous contact with the dye while minimizing mechanical stress.

1.Not suitable for heat-sensitive fibers (e.g., wool, silk, cashmere), which may shrink or degrade at high temperatures.
