Featuring a low liquor ratio, the high temperature high pressure fabric dyeing machine is a high-performance, highly efficient dyeing system. Inside the liquid-filled fabric guide tube, the fabric is in a buoyant state and does not rub against the inner wall. It runs at speeds of 500 to 700 meters per minute, which helps reduce fuzzing. The special wave-like inner net structure lowers fabric friction, enabling smoother operation and less water usage. The liquor ratio can reach as low as 1:5–6, selected based on the fabric type and process needs.

Working Principle
The fabric is loaded into a sealed dyeing chamber, which is then filled with a pre-prepared dye solution. The chamber is heated to the desired temperature and maintained under pressure to prevent the dye solution from boiling. The dye solution circulates (driven by a pump or spray system), moving the fabric in a continuous loop and ensuring that every part of the fabric is completely immersed and exposed to the dye. The high temperature and pressure facilitate the penetration of dye molecules into the fiber structure, achieving strong color fixation. After dyeing is completed, the pressure is released, and the fabric undergoes rinsing, soaping, and drying to remove excess dye, completing the dyeing process.

With a downward-moving structure, the machine is equipped with two barrels, each dedicated to a single piece of cloth (one barrel per cloth), and is compatible with various fabrics.

Thanks to a new wave-plate downhill structure and a purpose-built cloth storage tank, the machine operates at a 1:5~1:6 liquor ratio, significantly reducing water, steam, and additive consumption.
Unique Inner Mesh Plates and Tapered Tail Mesh
A special pattern of inner mesh holes separates fabric movement from dye liquor flow, supporting the low liquor ratio. A dedicated tapered inner mesh ensures smooth fabric folding and fast, balanced circulation.
Suitable for Diverse Fabrics
Overflow nozzles function at 0.5~1.0KG/cm², ideal for stretch fabrics and those requiring low spray pressure and tension during dyeing. Jet nozzles (featuring double anti-rotation devices) can reach 3KG/cm², making them suitable for high-density and ultra-fine fiber fabrics.
High Efficiency and Superior Quality
The dual-barrel design shortens fabric circulation time in the dye tank and increases dye liquor circulation rate. This enables quick fabric feeding, fast dyeing, and efficient two-way discharge, greatly boosting production efficiency and ensuring uniform dyeing quality.
