Formed by linking three fabric storage tanks with different functions, the L-shaped structure Eco Friendly fabric Dyeing Machine combines the advantages of two types of dyeing tanks: the O-shaped one with a small liquor ratio and the L-shaped one that accommodates a broad range of fabrics. It addresses the shortcomings where the O-shaped dyeing tank is only suitable for a narrow range of fabrics and the L-shaped dyeing tank uses excessive water.

Structural characteristics

Characterized by a downward-travel type, it has one barrel accommodating two cloths, a single barrel, and a slide-type design.

Ultra-large capacity and high production capacity

The single barrel, with a large diameter of Φ1108 and built-in double cloth storage tanks, incorporates a double-nozzle design. This design can substantially boost cloth capacity and production capacity, leading to a rapid return on investment.

Low liquor ratio of 1:5~1:6 for energy saving and emission reduction

Thanks to the new wave plate downhill structure and the design of the cloth storage tank, the liquor ratio is 1:5~1:6, which significantly cuts down the usage of water, steam, and auxiliaries.

Suitable for dyeing a wide variety of fabrics

Overflow nozzles are used, with pressure between 0.5~1.0KG/cm², suitable for dyeing stretch fabrics and fabrics that need low spray pressure and low-tension dyeing. Jet nozzles, which can reach a maximum pressure of 3KG/cm², are suitable for dyeing high-density and ultra-fine fiber fabrics (using double anti-rotation device nozzles).

High efficiency and high quality

The single-barrel double-dyeing tank design reduces the time the cloth circulates in the dyeing tank and increases the circulation rate of the dye liquor. It enables fast cloth feeding, fast dyeing, and fast two-way cloth discharge, greatly enhancing production efficiency and the uniform dyeing quality of the cloth.
