The fabric floats inside the liquid-filled guide tube, completely avoiding friction against the tube's inner wall. With a running speed ranging from 300 to 500 meters per minute, the hthp textile dyeing machine effectively minimizes fabric pilling. Its unique wave-patterned inner mesh design further cuts down fabric friction, ensuring smoother operation while lowering water consumption. The liquor ratio can be reduced to as low as 1:6–8, which is adjustable based on fabric type and specific process requirements.
Working Principle
The HTHP textile dyeing machine operates within a sealed stainless steel chamber, heating the dye liquor to 120-140℃ (above the atmospheric boiling point) under a pressure of 0.25-0.44 MPa. This accelerates the diffusion of dye molecules into the fiber, achieving deep penetration and uniform color fixation, making it particularly suitable for disperse dyes on polyester. Its core feature is a reversible dye liquor circulation (from inside to outside/from outside to inside) to ensure uniform dye distribution.

Operating Instructions
Dye Selection
Use highly diffusive disperse dyes; avoid using dyes with poor solubility to prevent streaking.
Temperature Control
Heat slowly (≤4℃/min above 80℃); avoid rapid temperature changes to prevent uneven dyeing.
ozzle Adjustment
Use a small nozzle for thin fabrics and a large nozzle for heavy fabrics to prevent clogging.
Safety
Do not wipe the observation window with a damp cloth above 100℃; ensure pressure is released before opening the top cover.
