I. Abnormal Operating Status
1. Abnormal Sounds: Unusual noises such as metallic friction or impacts during operation indicate wear on bearings, gears, and other components.
2. Abnormal Temperature: Abnormally high temperatures in bearing housings, motors, etc. (e.g., exceeding ambient temperature by 30°C) may indicate insufficient lubrication or component damage.
3. Increased Vibration: Significant vibration in the rollers or transmission system may indicate dynamic imbalance or loose components.
II. Deterioration of Component Condition
1. Aging Seals: Check for deformation, cracks, or leaks of door seals, shaft seals, etc.
2. Damaged Rubber Rollers: Check for cracks, delamination, or uneven hardness on the surface of the dyeing rollers and guide rollers.
3. Bearing Wear: Check for overheating, abnormal noises, excessive clearance, or dried and discolored grease in the bearings.
4. Electrical Hazards: Check for aging wiring, decreased insulation resistance (can be tested with a megohmmeter; normal resistance should be ≥0.5MΩ), and proper grounding.
III. Decline in Process and Product Quality
1. Uneven Dyeing: Color differences, uneven coloring, and fabric surface discoloration may occur due to inaccurate temperature control, unstable tension, or mechanical failure.
2. Fabric Defects: Indentations, abrasions, and wrinkles on the fabric surface may occur due to damaged rubber rollers or non-parallel guide rollers.
3. Reduced Efficiency: Extended dyeing time and increased energy consumption may be due to decreased thermal efficiency or increased mechanical resistance.
IV. Maintenance Records and Cycles
1. Overdue Maintenance: Maintenance not performed beyond the planned maintenance cycle (e.g., lubrication, cleaning, replacement of wear parts).
2. Frequent Failures: Repeated occurrence of the same component or similar failures, leading to accumulated increased maintenance costs.
3. Performance Degradation: Key indicators (e.g., thermal efficiency, energy consumption) consistently fall below standard values compared to historical data.
V. Safety Risk Identification
1. Structural Hazards: Thinning or cracking of the wall thickness in critical components such as the cylinder and roller rings requires professional testing (e.g., ultrasonic thickness measurement).
2. Safety device failure: Safety valves, pressure gauges, temperature alarms, etc., may malfunction or be uncalibrated.
3. Leakage risk: Severe leaks of steam or dye may cause burns or environmental pollution.
