Its temperature control range is 0-140℃, with a design pressure of 5.2bar. Heating from 25℃ to 130℃ averages 4.5℃/min (based on 7bar dry saturated steam pressure), while cooling from 130℃ to 80℃ averages 3℃/min (using 3bar, 25℃ cooling water). It operates at a low liquor ratio of about 1:3 to 1:6.
