Working Principle

Jig dyeing

The fabric is rolled onto a perforated dye shaft, which is then inserted into a dye container.

Dye circulation

A circulation pump draws dye from the container and passes it through the fabric, forcing the dye to penetrate.

Bidirectional flow

The direction of dye flow can be switched (in and out), ensuring uniform dyeing.

Product Features

HT lab beam dyeing machine includes a complete cylinder container structure, a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and a high-performance warp main pump that circulates liquid from inside to outside. It adapts to flexibly changing cloth winding diameters and widths, with temperature control from 0-140℃ and a design pressure of 5.2bar. The average heating rate from 25℃ to 130℃ is 4.5℃ per minute (based on 7bar dry saturated steam), and the average cooling rate from 130℃ to 80℃ is 3℃ per minute (based on 3bar, 25℃ cooling water). It features a low liquor ratio in the range of approximately 1:3 to 1:6.
