High temperature lab beam dyeing machine with a fully designed cylinder container structure, an efficient shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and a high-efficiency warp main pump for internal-to-external liquid circulation. It handles flexibly variable cloth winding diameters and widths, with a temperature control range of 0-140℃ and a design pressure of 5.2bar. Heating from 25℃ to 130℃ occurs at an average rate of 4.5℃/min (based on 7bar dry saturated steam pressure), and cooling from 130℃ to 80℃ averages 3℃/min (using 3bar, 25℃ cooling water). The liquor ratio is low, ranging from roughly 1:3 to 1:6.
