Product Features
HTHP lab beam dyeing machine utilizes a full cylinder container structure, an efficient shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and a high-efficiency warp main pump that enables liquid circulation from inside to outside. It accommodates flexibly variable cloth winding diameters and widths, with temperature control spanning 0-140℃ and a design pressure of 5.2bar. The average heating rate from 25℃ to 130℃ is 4.5℃ per minute (based on 7bar dry saturated steam), and cooling from 130℃ to 80℃ averages 3℃ per minute (with 3bar, 25℃ cooling water). The liquor ratio is low, ranging approximately from 1:3 to 1:6.
