I. Standard Operating Procedures
1. Smooth Start-up: After the fabric enters the machine, run it slowly for 3-5 minutes to ensure the fabric is spread out and circulates smoothly before closing the door and adding material. This avoids knotting caused by sudden start-up.
2. Appropriate Timing of Material Addition: Add dyes and auxiliaries only after the fabric has stabilized to prevent tangling caused by adding materials before effective circulation is established.
II. Optimizing the Dyeing Process
1. Handling Lightweight, High-Density Fabrics: For lightweight fabrics that easily float (such as imitation silk and high-density knitwear), use a full overflow method to ensure the fabric is completely submerged, reducing the risk of floating and knotting.
2. Controlling Foam Generation: Excessive foam in the dye bath can easily form "air blasts" that hinder fabric flow. Adding an appropriate amount of defoamer to the dye bath and using soft water to prepare the dye solution can reduce foam generation.
3. Adding Auxiliaries to Improve Flowability: Adding a degassing agent to the dye bath helps eliminate air carried by the fabric, preventing sluggish operation caused by "air blasts". III. Strengthen Equipment Maintenance
1. Regularly Clean the Filtration System
Clogged filters increase circulation resistance and the probability of fabric blockage. Recommendations:
For medium-length fiber fabrics: Brush the filter once per shift;
For polyester filament: Clean daily;
Before dyeing light colors, thoroughly clean the dye bath to prevent residual impurities from affecting flow.
2. Check Nozzles and Return Valve
When changing processing types, adjust the nozzle diameter and return valve opening promptly to ensure a coordinated fabric-to-liquid ratio and uniform flow field.
3. Activate the Backflushing and Unclogging Device
If slight signs of fabric blockage are detected (such as pressure fluctuations or sluggish fabric movement), immediately activate the backflushing and unclogging function to use reverse pulse water flow to clear initial blockages.
