Working Principle
The Low Liquor Ratio jet flow Dyeing Machine mainly consists of a dyeing tank, nozzles, a fabric guiding system, a circulation pump, a heat exchanger, and a control system. Under the action of the circulation pump, the dye liquor is pressurized and ejected at high speed from specially designed nozzles, forming a powerful jet. Driven by the jet, the fabric circulates rapidly within the dyeing tank, ensuring thorough contact and exchange with the dye liquor, thus achieving uniform dyeing. The low liquor ratio design (typically 1:4 to 1:8) reduces the amount of dye liquor used, improving dye utilization and dyeing efficiency.
