The fabric is suspended within a dye-filled guide tube, without contact with the tube wall, and operates at speeds of 300-500 meters per minute, effectively preventing pilling. Its unique wave-shaped inner mesh structure significantly reduces fabric running resistance, resulting in smoother fabric movement. Simultaneously, this design significantly reduces water consumption, with a liquor ratio as low as 1:6 to 1:8, which can be flexibly adjusted according to fabric type and process requirements.

Working Principle
The HTHP jet flow dyeing machine generates high-pressure dye liquor through a main pump, which is then sprayed onto the fabric through nozzles. Simultaneously, the nozzles utilize the force of the liquid flow to propel the fabric forward, creating a combined "jet" and "overflow" effect. The fabric is dyed under tension-free conditions, ensuring excellent hand feel and dimensional stability.
