This ht jet flow dyeing machine is designed for low liquor ratios, high speeds, and high efficiency, employing a fully immersed fabric guide tube.
The fabric floats within the guide tube, eliminating internal wall friction, and can travel at speeds of 300–500 meters per minute, thus reducing pilling and fuzzing.
Its unique corrugated inner mesh structure reduces friction, ensuring stable operation and minimizing water consumption.
The liquor ratio can be adjusted according to fabric and process requirements, from a minimum of 1:6–8.

Working Principle
The HT jet flow dyeing machine uses a nozzle to spray dye solution at high speed, which drives the fabric in a rope-like motion. The fabric circulates within the main cylinder and is fully penetrated and impacted by the dye solution. Under high temperature (typically up to 140℃) and high pressure, dye molecules can diffuse and fix onto the fiber more quickly, making it particularly suitable for synthetic fibers such as polyester that require a high-temperature carrier.
