How to reset a jigger dyeing machine after overload?

1. Immediately cut off power: Press the emergency stop button to disconnect the main power supply and ensure safety.

2. Troubleshoot the cause:

Mechanical: Check the transmission system, tension device, and rollers for jamming or abnormal resistance.

Electrical: Check the motor, cables, and terminals for short circuits, overheating, or damage.

Load: Confirm that the fabric roll weight and tension setting are within the rated range.

3. Manual reset:

Mechanical thermal relay: Locate the overload protector and press the reset button after it cools down.

Electronic or controller with display: Locate the "Reset" or "Clear Fault" button on the control panel.

4. Trial run: After resetting, first run the machine under no-load or low-load conditions. Once no abnormalities are confirmed, gradually increase the load.
