2. Fabric Guide Wheel and Transmission Components: Bearings must be disassembled and checked for wear monthly; drive belt/chain tension adjusted; and guide rail lubricant replenished regularly to prevent fabric snagging or creasing during operation.
II. Filtration and Sealing Components
1. Filter Mesh/Screen: Brush clean once per shift when processing long-fiber fabrics, and once daily for polyester filament fabrics; use a dedicated "light-shade" machine for optical brightener varieties to avoid clogging circulation channels with yarn or dye clumps.
2. Vessel Seals: Check integrity before every startup to prevent leaks under high-temperature, high-pressure conditions; perform quarterly aging checks and promptly replace worn-out gaskets.
III. Temperature Control and Safety Accessories
1. Heat Exchanger: Flush away dirt residues from heat exchange plate surfaces weekly to maintain efficiency and prevent slow heating or excessive internal temperature gradients that could compromise level dyeing.
2. Temperature Gauges, Pressure Gauges, and Safety Valves: Verify display status before every shift and perform quarterly accuracy calibrations to ensure safety valves can properly actuate and release pressure during overpressure events.
IV. Core Process Components
1. Nozzle: Disassemble and brush clean after every production batch; clear lint and dye deposits from spray orifices to prevent clogging, which could cause fabric tangling or jamming and impair the dye liquor's ability to propel the fabric.
2. Valves: Regularly check the operational flexibility of steam, water inlet, and drain valves, and ensure steam traps are free of blockages to guarantee smooth pipeline flow.
