It is widely applied to knitted and woven fabrics, both thin and heavy types, providing strong adaptability and outstanding dyeing uniformity. Its core advantage is dyeing more fabrics with less water.

Working Principle

 

1. Jet Drive: A high-speed dye liquor stream generated by the main pump is ejected through nozzles, and the jet thrust propels the fabric to circulate within the dye tube. This results in significantly lower fabric tension compared to overflow dyeing machines driven by guide rollers.

2. Uniform Stress: Due to the more uniform stress on the fabric, the dyed fabric has a softer hand feel, and the dyeing effect is superior to traditional overflow dyeing machines.

3. Operating Environment: Typically operates under high temperature and high pressure conditions, with a maximum operating temperature of 140-180°C and a maximum operating pressure of 0.36 MPa, which facilitates the rapid penetration of dye molecules into the fiber interior.

1. Dyeing Main Body: Stainless steel double-jacketed tank, pressure-resistant, heat-insulating, and corrosion-resistant.

2. Circulation System: Variable frequency centrifugal pump, heat exchanger, filter, nozzle assembly.

3. Fabric Conveying: Variable frequency guide rollers, fabric trough, guide tube, low-tension drive.

4. Temperature Control System: Pneumatic heating/cooling valve, high-precision temperature sensor, temperature control accuracy ±0.5℃.

5. Control System: PLC, touch screen, pressure/level/flow sensor, online monitoring module.

6. Auxiliary System: Feed pump, drain/overflow valve, safety pressure relief device, cleaning device.
