Equipment Structural Features

Core Working Principle
1. Airflow Driven: A high-pressure blower generates a high-speed airflow, which passes through a specially designed nozzle.
2. Dye Liquor Atomization: The dye liquor encounters the high-speed airflow at the nozzle and is atomized into tiny particles.
3. Uniform Dyeing: The atomized dye liquor is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the high-speed moving fabric, achieving rapid and uniform dyeing.
4. Closed-Loop Circulation: The entire dyeing process takes place in a high-temperature, high-pressure, closed cylinder, where temperature and pressure are precisely controllable.
