Jet Dyeing Machine Inspection Process Analysis

As core equipment in the textile printing and dyeing industry, jet dyeing machines' performance directly impacts dyeing quality and production efficiency. To ensure stable equipment operation, a standardized inspection process is crucial. This article systematically explains the inspection steps and key points for jet dyeing machines.


1. Appearance and Structural Inspection

First, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment's exterior to confirm that there are no signs of deformation, corrosion, or weld cracks. Focus on inspecting the nozzles, dye circulation piping, and pressure vessels for leaks. Also, verify the secure installation of transmission components (such as the motor and pump) and the functional integrity of the control panel buttons and indicators.


2. Pressure and Flow Testing

Start the dye circulation system and gradually increase the pressure to the rated operating value (typically 0.3-0.6 MPa). Monitor system stability using a pressure gauge, ensuring fluctuations within ±5%. Use a flow meter to check the nozzle flow rate to ensure it is consistent with design parameters (error ≤3%). If the flow rate is abnormal, investigate for filter clogs or pump wear.

3. Temperature Control System Calibration

The accuracy of temperature control in the dye vat directly impacts dyeing results. During testing, set a target temperature (e.g., between 60-130°C) and use thermocouple sensors to record the heating rate and constant temperature stability. The heating rate should be controlled within 1-2°C/min, with a temperature fluctuation of ≤±2°C during the constant temperature phase. If deviations occur, adjust the heating element power or temperature control module parameters.

4. Sealing and Safety Performance Verification

Perform an airtightness test by injecting compressed air into the vat to 0.2 MPa and maintaining the pressure for 10 minutes. The pressure drop should be less than 0.01 MPa. Also, check the reliability of the emergency stop device, explosion-proof valve, and electrical grounding system to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

5. Interconnected Test Run

Finally, conduct no-load and loaded test runs simulating actual operating conditions. Observe nozzle spray uniformity, fabric conveying smoothness, and control system response speed. Record any abnormal vibration or noise, and optimize the mechanical structure or parameter settings accordingly.

Through the above-mentioned standardized testing process, the reliability of the jet dyeing machine can be effectively guaranteed, providing stable technical support for printing and dyeing production.
