I. Processing Compatibility Parameters
1. Effective Working Width: Typically ranges from 1600mm to 3600mm. It must accommodate the maximum fabric width you process daily, with a 50–100mm margin to prevent the fabric edges from rubbing against the machine body.
2. Maximum Fabric Roll Diameter: Mainstream specifications range from 680mm to 1400mm. This directly determines the maximum fabric capacity per batch; selection should be based on the length and thickness of the fabric in your production batches.
3. Main Roller Diameter: Typically 220mm–400mm. A larger diameter reduces the likelihood of creasing during winding and suits the processing needs of heavy or thick fabrics.
II. Operational Control Parameters
1. Fabric Tension Adjustment Range: Standard range is 0–60kg (stepless adjustment). For delicate fabrics like silk, prioritize models with a lower minimum tension setting to prevent stretching or deformation of the fabric surface.
2. Fabric Running Speed: Typically 10–120m/min. A wide speed adjustment range accommodates the processing requirements of various dyes and fabrics, enhancing production flexibility.
3. Control System: Prioritize models featuring dual-inverter and PLC touchscreen controls. Compared to single-inverter models, these offer more precise control over constant linear speed and constant tension, significantly reducing the risk of shade differences between the fabric ends.
III. Operating Conditions and Energy Consumption Parameters
1. Maximum Operating Temperature: For normal-temperature models, the maximum is typically 95°C–98°C. The range must cover the processing temperatures required for your specific dyes (e.g., reactive or direct dyes) and meet the needs of processes like scouring and soaping.
2. Liquor Ratio: Prioritize models with a liquor ratio lower than 1:8. This aligns with the textile printing and dyeing industry's green, low-carbon standards and can save approximately 30% more water and energy compared to conventional models.
3. Core Component Materials: Components in contact with the dye liquor-such as the tank body and rollers-should be made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti or AISI 316 grade stainless steel to ensure long-term resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and to extend the equipment's service life.
IV. Key Parameters for Power and Auxiliary Systems
1. Motor Power: A specialized variable-frequency motor (rated between 3 kW and 11.0 kW) is selected based on the working width and roll diameter; a 15% power margin is reserved to prevent overload failures caused by prolonged full-load operation.
2. Steam Supply Pressure Compatibility: Designed for a standard steam supply pressure of 0.3 MPa; compatibility with the facility's existing steam piping network is required to avoid additional investment in heat exchange system modifications.
3. Automation Configuration: Preference is given to models featuring automatic reversing, automatic counting, and automatic stopping functions; these features reduce manual labor intensity and minimize the rate of defective products caused by human error.
