I. Dyeing Process Issues
1. Overlapping Marks: Darker colors at both ends of the fabric, caused by excessively thick seams, excessive tension, or problems with the yarn guide.
2. Uneven Color at the Ends: Uneven color at the ends of the fabric, caused by unclean yarn guides, incorrect feeding sequence, or improper temperature control.
3. Uneven Color at the Edges: Uneven color between the edge and the center, caused by uneven width, lack of a cover, or insufficient pretreatment.
4. Weft Skew: Skewed yarns, caused by uneven dyeing process or dye liquor impact.
5. Color Difference: Color difference across the dyeing lines, caused by mechanical malfunction and machine shutdown.
II. Mechanical and Electrical Malfunctions
1. Bearing/Seal Damage: Abnormal noise, oil leaks, or abnormal temperature; requires regular inspection and replacement.
2. Rubber Roller Problems: Deformation or cracking leading to uneven tension; requires regular inspection.
3. Control System Malfunction: Temperature and pressure out of control; requires regular instrument calibration.
4. Transmission System Failure: Wear and tear on chains and gears can lead to unstable operation, requiring regular lubrication and inspection.
III. Safety and Operational Accidents
1. Over-temperature and Over-pressure: Safety valve malfunction or operational errors may cause an explosion.
2. Leakage: Leaks of dye or vapor may cause burns or environmental contamination, requiring regular inspection of seals.
3. Opening the Cap Under Pressure: Operational errors can lead to accidents; procedures must be strictly followed.
