The high temperature fabric dyeing machine has a gentle slope structure that connects to a multifunctional storage and distribution tank. This design brings together the small bath ratio characteristic of O-type dyeing tanks and the extensive fabric compatibility of L-type dyeing tanks, eliminating the drawbacks where O-type tanks are only suitable for a limited range of fabrics and L-type tanks consume large volumes of water.






Working Principle
Within a completely sealed cylinder, the machine uses indirect steam heating or electric heating to raise the temperature of the dye liquor to well above the atmospheric boiling point (above 100°C). Simultaneously, the system automatically maintains the corresponding internal pressure to prevent the dye liquor from boiling. Under these conditions:
1. Fully Activated and Penetrated Dye: The high temperature significantly increases the diffusion rate and dye uptake of dye molecules.
2. Uniform Circulation: Through a high-performance circulating pump and nozzle system, the dye liquor and fabric circulate powerfully and uniformly within the cylinder, ensuring that every part of the fabric is in full contact with the dye liquor, eliminating color variations and uneven coloring.
3.Precise Process Control: The fully automated control system accurately executes the heating, holding, and cooling curves, ensuring the repeatability of the process.
