The fabric loops are neatly arranged, without tangling or compression. The HT air liquid flow fabric dyeing machine utilizes modular control and intelligent operation, achieving innovative upgrades in dyeing quality, output, and product variety.

Working Principle
1. Fabric Traction: A high-pressure blower generates a high-speed airflow, which forms a strong airflow field through the airflow nozzles, drawing the fabric through low tension and circulating it within the machine (speeds up to 400m/min+).
2. Dye Liquor Atomization and Dyeing: The main dye liquor pump delivers the dye liquor to the liquid flow nozzles, where it mixes with the high-speed airflow in the atomization chamber. The dye liquor is atomized into micron-sized particles, evenly sprayed onto and penetrating the fabric fibers.
3. Circulation and Temperature Control: The fabric enters the storage tank via the fabric lifting rollers and guide tubes, completing the circulation process. The heat exchanger precisely controls the temperature (up to 135℃), and in conjunction with the PLC, achieves a fully automated dyeing process.
