Laboratory Dye Jigger Solution Design: Full-Process Optimization from Hardware to Software

Hardware Configuration: A Balance of High Precision and Modularity

1. Core Mechanical Structure: Utilizes a stainless steel drum (150-200mm diameter) with a polished surface to minimize friction damage to the fabric. Equipped with a dual-motor independent drive system (a primary motor controls winding, while a secondary motor adjusts tension), this ensures a constant linear speed (recommended range: 5-20m/min) and uniform tension (≤5%) during the dyeing process.

2. Temperature Control System: An integrated high-precision PID temperature control module (0.1°C resolution) is paired with a double-layer stainless steel water bath jacket or electric heating element. This supports rapid temperature increase (≥2°C/min) and constant temperature maintenance from room temperature to 100°C. An immersion temperature sensor provides real-time feedback to prevent localized overheating and dye degradation.

3. Automation Expansion: Optional PLC or microcomputer control system, pre-stored common process programs (such as room temperature immersion dyeing, high temperature and high pressure dyeing), support for custom parameter input (such as staged heating, intermittent stirring), and real-time display of operating status (current temperature, remaining time, fault prompts) on the touch screen.
